Sandpiper Arts works with pours, acrylic and resin. Adding crystals, fine glitter, and more makes them visually catch you for a second look.
Julia Kulyk moved from busy New York to the peace and greenery of Washington back in 2005, right after obtaining her degree in Forensic Psychology. For years, her art has been her escape from the job that while helping others – takes its toll on the helper. It started with chainmaille-working with re-enactors and those who were fascinated by the Middle Ages, and progressed into jewelry, then acrylics flow, and finally resin art, where she has lost herself. Julia’s ability to create not only jewelry but also painting and household décor from liquid and paint is absolutely amazing.
Julia lives in gorgeous Mill Creek with her husband, child and two crazy cats. You can see more of her work on instagram @sandpiper_arts
