Sandy was born in Spokane, WA and lived and worked on farms in Hartline, WA and Klamath Falls, OR. After High School Graduation, she graduated from the Medical Technology program at Oregon Institute of Technology. She completed her internship in Aberdeen SD.During all of her life, Art was a major entertainment. During HS she belonged to the Art Club & got to travel to Portland, OR for the JK Gill awards. A few years later, she got involved with art glass, making stepping stones with her mom, Joyce.The next step was moving to Everett, Wa and taking fused glass classes. In 2008, she purchased a kiln, saw, grinder. light box, lapidary wheel, miter saw and hand tools for getting into real glass production. Her studio is in her home, filled with glass and tools.Sandy will do special request fused or stained glass projects. She currently has items in Artisans Mercantile, Snohomish WA. She also sells at Craft Shows. the latest bring at the Assistance League in Everett.Sandy is married, has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
